The Company, however, reserves the right to remove any User Content from the Service at its discretion.

SECTION 5 - REFUND POLICY

Since our services, content, digital products other materials are available instantly due to their digital nature and these services, content and materials cannot be returned back to us therefore there are no refunds on any of our digital products, eBooks, digital courses, services or other materials once we have rendered our services.

5.1. Refund Process And Procedure Due To Technical Problem

If due to some technical problem or difficulty or otherwise due to any problem if we are unable to deliver any of our services or materials to the buyer, the whole amount that the buyer has paid will be refunded as soon as possible to the original method of payment.

SECTION 6 - ONLINE CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Service, but not directly by the Company, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. SECTION 8 - COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND COPYRIGHT AGENT

(a) Termination of Repeat Infringe Accounts. The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others and requests that the users do the same. The Company has adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of users of the Service who are repeat infringers The Company may terminate access for participants or users who are found repeatedly to provide or post protected third party content without necessary rights and permissions.
